IMPORTANT INFORMATION
During the enrollment process, when you are asked for your name, please remember to enter the name of the primary customer. Usually this is the first name listed on your account statement. The secondary customer will be entered in the Authorized Caller field on the enrollment page, and is usually the second name listed on your account statement.
During the enrollment process you will be asked to enter an Authorized Caller.
The name that should go here depends if your account is Individually owned or Jointly owned:
